started riding a bike 5 miles a day for a week only.
then 10 a day for another... NO soda (ouch) no sugar no candy light pasta, no white bread rice etc., ocasional whole grain bread only (open facxe snadwiches)... romain lettuce, chicken, low fat turkey and steak....
NO energy drinks, did a total cleans (herbal colon cleanser) and been riding the bake 4 times a week 10 miles a day and going to the gym doing resistance shit (weights and machines) and elli-ptical for a half hour after that.
Results are proving quick.

I havent been under 300 pounds except for the meth relapse freaout in around 2-3 yeaRS. iTS NICE... lIKE i SAID GOAL IS AROUND 250 AND SOLID, TOTALLY DOABLE.
