Here is a rb25 manifold i just made for a guy with a 240sx. I think it cam out pretty good for the first 6 cyl. divided manifold i have made.

i thought it was a t3 but the 6-1 collector fooled me, looked like that collector was a bitch to make. my buddy wants me to make a manifold for his rb20 corolla after winter, i think im going to have fun making the collector

I will say this is the hardest manifold i have made so far, just based on having to build it a certain way. or welding it is imposable.

Maybe a 6 out of 10. i would think a t3,t4,t6 open 6 cyl. manifold would be harder to build. I'm not looking forward to ever building a open 6-1 collector.

I also got caught off guard on a few runners warping. that i will have to watch closer on the next ones.

i noticed the shrinkage on that front runner pic. thats why i try to weld runners while the are taacked to the collector and head flange if possible.

Yeah i welded anywhere from 80-90% of the welds while it was together, i just have to change my approach more with these when welding off the jig. I will say this tuaght me alot obout how far runners move....

Yes i run a root pass then a cap pass with filler. I'm not on yellow bullit.

Hey i have to cut corners somewhere and with there warrenty you go through a few but it is direct replacment everytime.

thats why i hate building ramhorns, runners shrink a ton.

I know i need to, but i have a few things to work out along the lines of fit up that i need to work out before i charge more. IMO
