when i built mine for the boba costume... i used

1 soldering iron with a stainless steel spoon screwed into the iron(i cut off the handle because it just would not fit in the jar),  a dimmer switch because the iron on full blast will approach the "tobacco's" ignition temperature.  then i just contained it with a glass jar and piece of wood that the iron was fixed to. i used a broken nebulizer air pump to blow the "tobacco smoke" into the helmet.  i mean i didnt want to get light headed from the oxygen, fuck that.  hook it up to a nice size battery and your mobile. or use the wall socket with the dimmer and booya grandma

Not a bad idea....  Only thing I need to know now is, do you NEED to have some kind of pump incorporated as well?

i seen a nice write up on this when searching google back when i smoked. kinda the same idea that was stated above with the dimmer switch and soldering iron but they used a mellon baller thing with the hole already in it and its deeper then a normal spoon. looked pretty simple to make, i just decided to not smoke weed anymore so i didnt make one

no, you dont NEED the pump,  oh, and make sure you use a new soldering iron, because you dont want to inhale that other shit you would use an iron for.
