Im assuming your using the newer accord bolt pattern 94+ at the throttle body?

no, the factory one. that is what he wanted. he also wants it anodized red.

Odd since you can only bore them out to 59mm. newer 94+ throttle body accord pattern is the same as b series/h series and 92+ d series so you can bolt on afermarket units

The 90-93 accord bolt pattern on the throttle body fits the 90-93 accord throttle body nothing else.

You're definitely not going to make any money from cb7tuner people with those prices.

90% of the members there don't even put half of that into their motors.

Were you able to flow the runners at least?

i dont' expect to sell intake manifolds over there. i expect to sell flanges to all the diy'ers. just like here. all the fab i'm doing is for local customers with the exception of the odd customer here and there.

no, i didn't get a chance to flow test it. if i could find someone local to test it, i'd probably take advantage of it.

I didn't think cast material (flange) anodized well at all, and even that's w/o years of pcv oil soaking in.

I'm surprised he didn't want a bigger plenum. I like the horns inside, along with the line of ports. Looks very nice.

Welding your logo on like that looks cool when it's new, but I imagine when dirt/debris get on it, you will never be able to get it to look like that again.

Still, ballin manifold, I need a TIG.

I agree, next batch of logos you should make a recessed logo into the plate not a fully though cut.

we made them. the runners are one piece from flange to stack inside the plenum.

yes, turned on a lathe from thick wall pipe. they have a 1.5 degree taper in the runner id.
