was eating some delicious Taco Hell in said eatery's parking lot.  Some wigger punk pulled in too fastin his Tiburon and scraped up an employee's car.  He then proceeded to re-park on the other side of the lot.  The employee just happened to walk out 30 seconds later so I told her about it while he watched nervously from a safe distance.  While I was talking to her, he re-parked AGAIN..WTF?  Anywho he figured he was fucked so he approached the scene and I let them figure it out.
