unlimited data is 30, and the basic plan for a couple hundred minutes + unlimited txts is 29.99 or maybe 35, 20% off working for scpd bring me down to less than 55$ a month, so the most it can cost without discount is 60 something

I use ssh and sftp from my G1 to manage a server.

It also has a remote desktop app that'll use nx clients, but it requires a decent amount of bandwidth obviously, and I'm comfortable at the command prompt.

Windows Mobile is nice... I just lost interest after Android...

Can't argue with free though.

I've had to use them at work for active directoryexchange...everything else was on unix stuff.

I've considered trying Windows Server since the host gives me the option...but it's just used for a webserver and I don't see a reason for windows-based unless in an enterprise situation.  I don't like using Linux on a workstation but at the same time I think I'd be lost setting up a Windows server.
