RHMT Call -a- thon

Ok so my friend is the manager at a papa johns here and some army douchebag called in a order and was really impatient, calling non stop and then eventually threatening my friend to shank him. He even got his order for free after tricking my friend by saying he just wanted to cancel the order, after it had been delivered (Paid by credit card). So how about a RHMT call-a-thon on him. Just be creative, ask for buttsex or something.

He called the MP's, but they told him some shit about how he (my friend) was in Killeen, and the army guy was on Fort Hood so it was out of there jurisdiction. And he tried the Killeen police and they basically told him the same thing. Since he wasn't in Killeen there wasn't much they could do for him.

Well the MP's were notified, but thats as far as he really knows to go. I wouldn't even know where to begin to find who to talk to about it. The whole base is hard as shit to get on right now anyways as a civilian, and its not like the base commander has his phone number listed on the sign to fort hood. But if i can dig something up, then that would be a good alternative. But till then, gay porn mags to his roommates in his name would be funny.

A quick check on FortHood.com didn't turn up any usefull info on it. I googled "who do i call about a problem with a soldier" and all it came up with was some shit on Nadal Hassan. Seems like googling anything about Fort Hood right now just brings up the shootings.
