Meet Stevo. He's not fully evolved.

Stevo was at Burger King picking up girls half his age, and noticed that the handicap bathroom stall's handrail looked like it might make a sweet dump tube. So he went out to his car, got a screwdriver, and removed that shit from the wall and walked out with it.
