OK GUYS:
Ill be down at the shop about 10-11. We need to get as list of people together who expect only to make pulls, and they need to go first.... We need to get Tommy around 500 for the whole day... Including any tuning thats gonna go on... That gets us the dyno for the day. So if youre going to tie up and get down, lets say FOR EACH CAR 30 bux for 3 pulls with o2. Any left over cash after the 500 goes to Jeff for site maintanence or food or both...
Those wanting to tune will need to go last, Levi should probably be the LAST one. Tommy will stay late, but Id like to definately be wrapped up cleaned up and out by 6-7PM. Those tuning can pay a bit more, but we need to have an idea how many peeps actually want to do pulls, and who wants to tune....
There is Sunoco 110 race fuel available 2 blocks away from the spot at Jim Greenes performance for 9.80 a gallon... after tax it comes to 53 for 5 gallons...
They have higher octane but i dont know how much it is, nor why youd need it
They close at 1 PM though.
There will be a BBQ there rollin out food and shit, lets try to make it sort of a pot luck.... bring what you can.

Also after hammering out DRQPQUTS setup in our heads for a while... We figured out the reason hes not making closer to 600 *Which is what we thought it should ... Marcus and I were going over what he has, and ALOT of it is exactly like my motor... Top end is pretty much identical. Block is comparable ( Between Josh and I he had a bit of coaching with what works :noel: )... Good manifold, SC61... Big frontmount... 3" Mandrell exhaust, no flex pipe to go bad (Using a ball socket)...
We were like fuck... This thing should make at LEAT 575... OR max the stock lines out.... (To which I have the cure in my garage)...
Then we questioned the muffler. It was supposed to be a Magnaflow.... Marcus and I were like fuck, I wonder if its REALLY a chambered muffler...
Long story short.
It is. We stuck a broomstick up that sluts ass and it hit bottom... Baffle plate....
SO, there it is. When it was on the dyno... He had a 3" hose on the end of it and it kept blowing it off when it would tap the limiter at the top of the pull. We took it off and it made another 50ish WHP... BUt 501 was just Nowhere near where it should have been... Seems that wont be an issue much longer.
I predict 560 WHP before maxing the fuel system 595 after thats fixed (Maybe a tad more)

The PPGs will be under way in a mateer of weeks, and in my car (as well as a few other LOCAL guys -Mitch,BOb and DRQPQUT are 3 of them) by mid July.. and the Saenz will live till then, after that theyll be sold off. Ill be taking it a bit easier on the car till I get the PPGs. Once theyre in, Im going straight to the track and going to try to run it at the PINKS all out thing to see if a 10 second four doorAccord on Hubcaps interests them.
We actually got enough people in on the PPG deal (and all of them local) to get them for a really fair deal. Add to that that Bullhead is local too, and its really nice for support should manage to break them. Im very impressed with the product, its durability and how they are taking care of the T1 issue. They WONT be mass producing them however, only the ones we ordered will be built... They will support any parts needs though (from what Ive seen I HIGHLY doubt even I will break them). Theyve been very cool, Eric has been in constant touch, and now that the H dog sets are done, we are next.

That's the problem... no k-pro for the k20z3 or any type of fully functional unit that can control fuel/timing/vtec/cam angle, etc. It's the redheaded step-child of the k family at this point. It does have the rbc intake manifold stock thorugh.
You can buy a rsx ecu w/kpro and basically 'shotgun' the ecus... running two ecus. I am not going to drop that kind of cash when I still have to pay off the car.

Sold the gearset to dropout and put the tranny back together yet again last night... #12. Going in the car tonight and Leed will be here tomorrow. Its making in the neighborhood of 660WHP is all Im going to say @ 28-29 PSI (Out of MAP sensor) revving to 8500. (I have no plans of pushing it further)... It feels like more than that with the super short gearbox in it. The Ball Bearing turbo is DEFINATELY noticable, and it spools a bit earlier than the old 61mm. Tq doesnt drop off like the old setup either, it just keeps pulling and pulling...
The anti lag is absolutely uncalled for... Sounds (and feels) like a fully automatic shotgun out of time....

Nope he just picked up a new x-member thats totaly tube instad of the big ass folded/welded stock one. Stock headers and we will run the exhaust up to the front for the turbo and do a single 3" all the way back. We did a clutch in it last year knowing that it was gona get turboed so he put in a spec stage 234123452435245, 6puck on one side, full face on the other. Feels good on the foot. Gona do a single holset mounted in front of the tb. Lots of room up ther because its 2 cly short of the motor that should be in there. Its gona be a low boost 6-8lbs. Should put the car in the 275 whp range.

They (MS LEGAL) felt I was as security risk (despite my manager tryiong to go to baty for me), yet let me work there for 3 months in the interim... In the meantime Bith myt hiring manager and MS Manager thought all was good. Evidently not so. My manager went back and forth with MS legal, but there was nothing he could do.
Theres been an ongoing investigation, and it culminated with yours truly being escorted out-even though I DIND NOT give SHIT away.
Funny thing is that everyone (including my manager) thought that this was behind me
I wish I knew what fucking faggot it was so I could pay them a visit.... but as Im sure they dont have the testicular fortitude to own up... Ill rest easy knowing that GOD will fuck them in the ass for being a pile of shit. In the grand scheme of things Im alive, healthy... and have some money in the bank.

the 305 is 20psi or but that what i built it for. Fully built with forged pistons i beam rods polihed and profiled crank and roller cam for boost and 305 vortec heads with a t4 turbo. All blow through.

Car has been taking a fucking BEATING for the past feww days as the weather has been super nice. Mitch couldnt believe the difference in the car.... He giggled like a giddy highschool girl about to get pounmded by the Varsity football team and couldnt get over that it felt like it did on Pump gas.... Hes convinced hes not gonna touch it. Said its the fastest car hes been in, and his shit is NOT SLOW... Definately something coming from him, but at 18 PSI on PUMP this thing feels as strong as the old setup on racegas and 22ish PSI

Rubber was rolling off of them in clumps on the dyno, you could SEE the tires deforming on the rollers as the car shot up... It shook the fiucking ground and shit...
This time Just strreet tires 17/40s.. See how close to 700 30 PSI gets me... should be right around 675 :noel:

Its got more than I need, The front end jumps up a couple inches as soon as the noggle button is hit from tire growth...IIts a very interesting feeling... It makes power all the way to redline... Infact its STILL making MORE power at redline and TQ barely falls off... The exhaust ports and Intercooler are affecting the efficiency of the setup I think at this point. Cams would help... But Im done.... Its obvious that the motor is making 750 at the crank... I told my dad, he wants another ride...
More importantly Ive beat the shit out of it harder than I ever have from launches off the santilag all the way through 5th gear (LEED liked that :O) )...

Now I have to find another motor and turbo for the del slow. I think I can get it done and tuned about 2 weeks from now. Even if del sol can't come I'll still come down on some shitbox and pay for dyno time.

In the tradition of HMT dyno days, tuning your own car and taking 1 to 1.5hrs is considered normal. This isnt a quick 3 pulls and play soggy cracker w/ whoever makes the most power Supra dyno day.
Just get your cars as ready as you can. Do some street tune action ahead of time and bring your equipment for .bin changes on the dyno.
Advice will be abundant. Handing your car off for someone to do it all for you, won't.

Free LS motor plus an HX35G is awesome. I have exhaust leaks at the downpipe which will be fixed by a friend of mine (I warped the flanges, should've put two halves together tight with bolts before welding)

This meet is all I can think of I just spent 34+ hrs last weekend assemblying the motor and getting it back in my car.
Chris I have the 70mm TB and spacer matched up to the Z6 mani and that looks awesome. :yes:
The only draw back is I now have to get a silcone coupling from 2.75" to 3.00" to attack my piping. :o

Just got done with the OBX LSD rebuild with the new Belville washers. New countershaft final drive and ring gear (just because the one that was in the car was beaten on hard for a good while and i have like 5 laying around), and new counter bearing...
Going to order a new second gear for the countershaft from Saenz, but its IN STOCK and I wont have to deal with waiting. mine is pretty hammered (8K clutch kicks on the freeway dont help im sure), but you can see that the teeth are like "denteds" from the force of the input shaft hitting them... THATS probably why its louder thsan the other gears, but its fine for now.
Trannys in the car and shes dirty as fuck as expected.

SO after a long day of blowing up shit in the woods with AKs 45s Mausers andLOTS of bullets, I called my friend John (Explicitspeedperformance) since we werre in his nick of the woods. and I wanted to see his built H23 NEWLY boosted REX.
Told him about the tranny and he sold me a M2S4 that he let me take apart and inspect at his house before paying him the 40 bux he wanted for it.
Its MINT except for the 3 side of the slider... It will do fine, I took it home cleaned everything and put the best 3-4 slider that I have in it. It will work for now. Terannys ready to go in cars in the air and axles and shit are out of it.. Trans with the straightcuts will be out tommorow morning and the new one will be in by end of the day tomorrow. I wont drive the car except to verify it works, thenn Ill park it till Saturday morning, at whicjh point ill fill it with the race gas thats in the garage and head to the dyno... fter that, If it shifts decentlyinto 3rd (the only gear thats ?able, Its ooff to Puyullup KK to try and get that race with the guy in the vette. 4th gear should be good for about 145 with the S tranny... HAHAHAH

possible bad starter which I will change out today.
The engine will not crank over I manage to flood the crankcase with fuel.
When I was having ECU problems (solid CEL) I was cranking the engine over without disabling the injectors.
I changed oil and disable the injectors cranked for a while and the starter got hot.
So I let the starter cool down and try to crank it over.
I here the starter engauging but engine will not crank.
I figured I just need to let the starter be completely cooled down.
So I tried to crank the engine this morning and still no engine movement.
I even had marvel mystery oil in the sparkplug hole to help lub the rings, but no dice.
When I get off work I'm going to see if my engine will crank with a different starter or roll start just get engine loosened up.
If I can the engine cranking over then I'll put HB on the car dolly and bring it up with my Previa.

You should probably bring it up here. After severely flooding the motor, always change oil.

Yeah I already changed the oil and I'll have the starter changed this afternoon I may even loosen up the cam caps to see if the cam did not gale the cam saddles a little that could be part of the problem if I'm not getting enough oil in there.
Eventhough I did use a lot of assembelly lub when putting the head back together. ;D
I'll double check my fuses but I do not think any of them are blown.
BTW when I read anything you post I here it in my head in Mr. Beans voice. ;D

There is Sunoco 110 race fuel available 2 blocks away frtom the spot for 9.80 a gallon... after tax it comes to 53 for 5 gallons...
They have higher octane but i dont know how much it is, nor why youd need it

also want 2 pills on the diesel truck to see what it does on 25psi and then crank it up to 35psi or what ever the super 70 ss autochrome turbo can produce.
third i will need 2 pulls on my buddies 67 camaro with my cutom built 427 dual quad aliminum head motor pro streeter.
And save the best for last the turbo truck with the 305 built for 20psi boost. Just got the vortec heads on tonight and there setup for the .550 lift 305 duration cam and the t4 turbo. This is where i will need 3 pulls to do some tuning on the added fuel system i got on it. Hope that bosh fuel pump holds up.Works great on the volvos.

Did anyone snap a pic of the 3 guys who pulled in with the drift cars? They were all wearing gloves... totally hardcore, especially with the pink stars all over them.
Also did that guy run who drove from wyoming towing that eg with that blower hanging off the front of his car hanging on with 20 gauge sheet metal, along with a broken & bent cam gear, internal/external coil conversion and gangsta lean drive belt/intercooler install. I dont even really know how to describe the way I felt when seeing that thing in person. Amazed, disgusted, confused, surprised... but really just wanted to see it run :)

It had partially spun main bearings. We pulled the header/oil pan/mains off and they showed crap on the bearings and some slight spining starting to happen. I cut the filter open first and we decided on dropping the pan. poor guy with a 18 hr drive home. Thing sounded wicked when we fired it up tho. Fastest i've EVER heard a single cam rev. Ever.

Fuck, just got back like 30 minutes ago. I'm fucking TIRED. Meeting everyone was fucking pimp. Learned TONS from hanging around Dave and Josh all day.
That guy from Wyoming is crazy. We never got his tuned. The distributor had to be at 42* for it to even idle, anything less would make it die. Josh decided to pull the pan WITHOUT draining the oil and pull the girdle. Turns out his mains are fucked. Which explained why it was SUPER hard to crank over by hand.
Anyways, I'm uploading all the pics. Got quite a bit of them so it'll be a while.
Spiker didn't go. Levi was the last on the dyno and they didn't get any REAL boost pulls because the MBC was being a nigger.
