Just got done with the OBX LSD rebuild with the new Belville washers. New countershaft final drive and ring gear (just because the one that was in the car was beaten on hard for a good while and i have like 5 laying around), and new counter bearing...

Going to order a new second gear for the countershaft from Saenz, but its IN STOCK and I wont have to deal with waiting. mine is pretty hammered (8K clutch kicks on the freeway dont help im sure), but you can see that the teeth are like "denteds" from the force of the input shaft hitting them... THATS probably why its louder thsan the other gears, but its fine for now.

Trannys in the car and shes dirty as fuck as expected.

Picked up 10 gallons of Sunoco 110 thats sitting in the garage... Going to pick up my nephew whos visiting from cali and gonna take him for some panty rippers, then tomorrow were going shooting at the pit in Olypmpia.

Also, for thos interested, theres a LSX meet at KK in Puyullup saturday night... Anyone up for some fun??? There are a couple Very fast cars there....

Tranny broke already... DOnt have time to fix it. 2nds fucked, not sure whats going on... Raped it for a few hours, waxxed some older liter bike, then the sounds of sadness came from the box whilst in second... It might not even be a broken ger, not sure what it is, I just dont have time to fuck with it before the weekend, nor the want

If I had a tow vehicle I would volunteer to blow the stock 250K miles LS with a Holset. I have a dolly I can use and the motor has some rod knock when warmed up.

i MAY limp it down there, but if I dont have a trans to put in it I wont be running it. I sold my backup so I cant beat that one... Have to drop it off todfay since dude already payed for it. Well see if i feel frisky tonight and swap it out.

SO after a long day of blowing up shit in the woods with AKs 45s Mausers andLOTS of bullets, I called my friend John (Explicitspeedperformance) since we werre in his nick of the woods. and I wanted to see his built H23 NEWLY boosted REX.

Told him about the tranny and he sold me a M2S4 that he let me take apart and inspect at his house before paying him the 40 bux he wanted for it.

Its MINT except for the 3 side of the slider... It will do fine, I took it home cleaned everything and put the best 3-4 slider that I have in it. It will work for now. Terannys ready to go in cars in the air and axles and shit are out of it.. Trans with the straightcuts will be out tommorow morning and the new one will be in by end of the day tomorrow. I wont drive the car except to verify it works, thenn Ill park it till Saturday morning, at whicjh point ill fill it with the race gas thats in the garage and head to the dyno... fter that, If it shifts decentlyinto 3rd (the only gear thats ?able, Its ooff to Puyullup KK to try and get that race with the guy in the vette. 4th gear should be good for about 145 with the S tranny... HAHAHAH

Fuck I'm gonna be tired. That's about 12 hours of driving. Whats worse is I worked on a swap all day yesterday and have to finish it up today before I leave.
