I think the weld blew out both spots at the same time. I just didn't see it cause it was up against the blovk and I never took it off the first time
Exhaust leaks suck

Yeah apparently the expensive vabnds are good but they are like almost 100 each I think
It wasn't the vband tho the weld blew out a small hole again lol |

Fixed it again.... Had to remove manifold. ive always have bad luck with vbands, but i once got some straight thru holset, same once that came from the factory of an hx35w elbow and those were damn robust maybe that bit of info can help out, diesel shops might stock those. ebay ones are a class junk usually |

Fixed it again.... Had to remove manifold.
Weld blew out a little on side facing the block The other manifold stud in the center broke off in the head... Lol I should've removed it when I had the chance instead of reusing it.... Lol I put some exhaust gasket maker around a stock manifold gasket and it's holding lol I also warped the shit out of the vband flange welding it like a mfer I put some gasket making on the vband male/female surface No leaks! But for how long. |

The truck runs like stock right now it's so good part throttle. Having the scanner made it so simple a couple drives and it's fucking dialed. All my ltft are are +/- 2 or 3
I've been leaning out the base table for cruising and adding fuel back in through the part throttle enrichment |

A new version of hptuners vcm scanner can put and it works with my PCM yah a of rain out there right now. if we had more global warming i'd be doing rippers right now anyways a couple days ago when i was on 8psi i raced a harely and put a truck length on him to about 90mph i looked up the harley specs and it said mid 13s @ 105-107. so going from 15.5@86 to low 13s not bad because this gt45 is so big it seems like every psi adds a lot of air / hp lol it was funny cause i saw the guy on the harley rip up behind me and i'm like if the light turns yellow i'm going to race his ass. at the light i was like hey wanna race? and the guy just shook his head like i was retarded after i beat him he was yelling whats done to it and i mouthed turbo and he threw his head back laughing lol. it was some good fun |
