We finished earlier today and it was a great day not to many hassles at all actually. Tomorrow tune with Marc (Lilpooh). The wastegate spring is only running 5psi but i have a 1st to 2nd gear pull video that youll be able to see it was kind of up hill coming onto this bridge. It's ok. But im running the stock ecu with stock injectors not even a basemap, so I didnt wana do anything more then that very quickly even though it was on a strict 5psi. Right now I have a lot of pictures for you for the day rippers will come tomorrow with the final tune on 10lbs!
This was beginning of the day the money shot for both builds!
Started off with putting in an XTD clutch that i got on the cheap.
OEM Clutch, not too bad, but wasnt lasting much longer.
The new clutch, well used but new to me, it was from Drivin96 he put less then 1000 miles on it, so he basically just broke it in for me!
Eventually we moved onto the drivers side of the charge piping. It worked out nice, its a pretty clean and tight setup IMO.
Then we started working on the oil lines etc...
Yeh Fram is baller
Oh yeh, and while doing the tranny we put the rear mount in from Innovative.
Then we mounted up the turbo shit!
Ghetto rigged the downpipe its temporary until i weld that up either tomorrow or until i get back from VA...for now it works!
But then finally we finished and I was more then relieved!!!! We started at about 10 AM, and finished basically around 4-5 PM so it wasnt to bad! But because i was more then happy i had a SUPER HAPPY photo shoot! Chuck made me were the Rah Tod cone helmet because i was the student and am "dumb"..... haha
