That impresses me more than the fab.  Any third asshole can weld, but being meticulous enough to make sure the customer's car is protected and double checked is vital.

water/meth injection is supposed to be direct port anyways.

Fixed.

People aways give me shit when my car is down for a while and I have to drain the pan for one reason or another and I hang my FILL MOTOR (or tranny) WITH OIL sign on the steering wheel...  Its just better to be safe than sorry..

LOL

I thought I was the only one that did it, as everyone alwayys laughed...

I actually closed the BF! down so I could take one last shot at making it work with my wife. I moved to WI for a bit to do that and it didnt work. I actually enjoy working for full blown. The extra money I made with my shop was not really worth the extra stress.

We pass alot of work back and forth to the shop that the owner of that hatch has. That tape left on one of our customers cars and came back on his car. ;)

Kia has been upgraded from a T3/t4 50 to a 6265 and the intercooler is now a PT 750. Lets see how long the stock sleeves last.

Now i have not researched much on the topic in discusion. but my question is why do the fittings have to be so large? does there need to be that much pressure/ air releaved? it seems to me that fittings half that size would suffice...

There aren't enough lines on the catchcan system in my opinion.

it's all about volume. A sloppy turbo engine can have a lot of blow by, it takes some big hoses to move that much air.

No I'm pretty sure the larger size hoses so they don't bring oil with them.

Large = less pressure.
