How was the photo shoot? I heard you met both Joe's.
The shoot was good. Fun times!!

and yea both Joe/s are great guys. I'm trying to get fast Joe to come to the track with me on Friday.

His track is Island, he does not really like E-town. A few friends and I are going there this friday, my crx is down but I might have some fun with my 6.0l yukon and see what she can do :noel:

Pm me if you change your mind and head towards island!

Its been spoke about, and Joe needs to put a bit more power into the car and get to a better track (and E-Town is just that). I say that car has another 2 mph and maybe .20 in it.

He has a cage now so no real fear of getting booted from Etown.

any info to prove this wrong.. So that looks pretty solid!!

It seems like a rear facing intake might skew the test results bc if it was functioning as a cowl it would still lower IATs and H2o temp.

True but the fact is you only get 3 pass if that! Last time I went the gates had just open and I only got 2 runs in :P I was pissed, it does not give you enough seat time to set up the car and get the feel of it.

went to Etown today. Bearly got my 3 passes in.

 Best ET was 11.66@125mph (missing 3rd) on 15psi.


 I went 12.1@128mph on a very soft pass right b4 that.

 The car deffinatly has .50 still in it once i no lift shift and not miss a gear.

 60 foot was  "ehh"..

 That was with no 2 step. I left off the limiter 9500rpm just to get the car to not bog. And it came out the hole really good. ( too bad i waited till my 3rd pass to try it. After cutting a 2.0 and a 2.1 on the previous two passes. Both with 128mph.)

But i know with a good launch controle it will go 1.5x. The car would have went veryyy low 11s, or high 10's on the last pass had i not missed 3rd.

 i hate it man.. Took me 4 hours to get 3 passes in. And the water box was dryyyyyyy. I had to do 1/2 assed burnouts coz the tire would bite and drag me out.

 I'm having another baby  . And it's another GIRL!! 

But as always my luck is always in the gutter. My wife has always been a high risk pregnancy and this time is no exception. She had some complications today and had to go in for a sonogram . All seems well. But i'll have to pass on Honda Day and stay home and help her with the baby so she can stay off her feet.

 i just hope at the event it will be as cool as it's been lately . Coz sitting in a car with no AC  with a jacket on is murder.!!

i'm also looking for a driver side headlight to mod into a intake for my turbo. I'll try the junkyard today. See what goodies they have. (JDMShit has a nice one , but they want $278 for theirs. Fak outa here)

Should be the best event EVERRRR!!! (i say we will see at least THREE cars in the 8's at this Shootout)

It's not the 11.66 pass. Its the pass right b4 it .

12.1@128 mph. I was having VSS issues (the clip would pop up during the burnout). A small ziptie fixed that issue now  ;)
Had to leave with no antilag. The car bogged pretty bad off the line. Cut a shitty 2.0 sixty foot.
