Um, except a city has a city structure and NJ has urban, suburban, and rural all wrapped in a small package.  Wayne maybe full of Guidos, but Paterson is full of  and Arabs.  10 miles east, you head to Boonton which is a back water town and then 5 minutes from there is the very affluent Mountain Lakes.  Head 15 minutes down 287 and you are in Morristown with a bunch of rich WASP yuppies.
