what's your oil drain size? if too small that could be a problem.
Holset requirements are at least 19mm or 3/4" i.d.

are 850cc injectors big enough for e85 and the kind of boost you're running? I don't know myself, but it seems like you'd be running something that size for just regular gasoline on 22psi?

He is also running two pumps. I think he should be good with a base fuel pressure of like 50-55psi.

Max on a honda with 55psi/850cc/E85 will be around 525whp. Most I'd do is 475whp. Just don't crank the base pressure with those injectors. That Delphi style doesn't like it much.
