cut the stock bracket to hell with a cutoff wheel, "new" pump is held in with a hose clamp. pump was 1/2 inch too long so we took a hammer and a board and beat a relief into the bottom of the tank

Manifold is finished. now to iron out a few other things, pick up some oil feed and drain tubing, and I should be set and ready to start bolting stuff on! it will all have to be done over the course of a weekend, as the car is my daily driver. if all else fails, I have an suv to drive, it's just a thirsty machine!

Thinking about doing a heat shield to cover the manifold and turbo all up, and keep temps down.

I know some dumbasses that change the filter and not the oil. I'm going the other way, change the oil and not the filter.

oil filter off a 90's Toyota corolla will fit it and is 1/2 inch shorter than stock filter. with stock filter it's got 3/4 inch clearance to downpipe

started bolting shit on, nothing fit, ac condensor in the way, moved it in front of the core support. then the regular radiator was in the way, said fuck it and took manifold back off. bought an outlet flange from weir, but it's just serving duty as a paperweight on my desk.
