The other guy is still paying cash for everything, and can't get a bank account with a limit over $500, let a lone even getting a checking account.

Using a password to a user who used to be on a forum you bought to gain access to his emails and bank accounts is not legal.  you need to call Xeno right now, reserve a retainer and then call yoru lawyer.  show him what real legal papers look like.  Why would you think you dont have something to work with?
