sweet, tape the fittings on the can and paint it. i think it would look much better satin black, thats what color myn is. cant wait to see numbers nig nog, and you can come up somtime and take me for some rippers, then go get a burger and beer

Well Got it done today

Fits great, looks good and better yet, it works

So It took about 20 min for my car to reach operating temp with the fan hardwired on like have had it, b4 it would only take about 7min. This fan is totaly kick ass, Its like a damn wind tunnel when its on....lol

Look what showed up in the mail today from another local nw NIG

Figured while the rad was out it would be alot easyer to replace my dp gasket with my new copper gasket.

this it what it looked like after I pulled the bolts

And My new K&N filter installed

Here it is installed

All in all I will say it turned out greeat.

What adapter is the brass on your feed line? The standard 12x1.5? My feed line is leaking from that gold adapter

I think its 1/4"npt to 1/8"npt. I think that your holset is sae, and not metric. But im not 100% sure on that.

Well it looks like the getting hot issue is over. I couldnt get my temp above 186 today. It was pretty cold out. It was about 40 outaide today. I did about 5 or 6 2nd and 3rd gear rippers in a row and couldent get it to go above 186. And when i was just cruzing it was at 180ish.

That aint cold, it was almost that warm this weekend and it felt like fucking summer!

Mine only "overheat" (little over middle of stock gauge) when I'm in the traffic for a long time in a sunny summer day over 25C. I just press the fan button and it cold down to normal. It's an ebay slim fan.

My car is black, it doesnt help in a sunny day. (no racist allusion)

Well only have a couple of things to wrap up with this thing and it will be on to the nog setting. So here is one thing I can check off the list. Got the baffles for the valve cove done today, now im just wating for me 90* an fitting to show up from speedwaymotors.com for the oil pan.

Fuck man not ready for the dyno yet. As you can see in the background of the last pic I have 4 things left to get done b4 It see's the dyno. It will see the dyno on the dyno day for sure. Hopefully b4 that too. But we will see. I might just do a street tune with dave and then tune the high boost runs on the dyno. Its not easy to tun by myself while driving and trying to not get tire spin.....lol WHHHEEEEEE!!!

Been super swamped with life. Dog had surgiry, and set me back 1k

But what are you gona do, hes like my kid. But better, he dosent talk back, and hes hella fucking cool!

But I did manage to convert my ecu to a vtec ecu so I could try out the crome free with the whole antilag/2 map thing and it seems to work out pretty well.

So things to do.
1. Drill my extra oilpan for catch can return
2. Drill my catchcan and wash it out and mount it. \
3. Wash my valve cover out, and my newly drilled oilpan
4. Put my 3bar in and street tune my car
5 Talk to the nog and get a little tuning

2days plan is to drill and clean my extra oilpan, and then maybe if i have time i will then paint my catch can. I ordered up some 1/0 gauge welding wire last night to replace the 8gauge i have running from the alt back to the cutoff swich now :X Im also gona wire in a relay and rewire my fuel pump, and then put in a bulkhead at the firewall so i dont have to pop my trunk to jump my car. And last of all i need to wire a bigger gauge wire to my fan becuase after i run the fan for about 20min or so and turn the car off and then back on it pops the stock 15amp fuse. That bitch pulls some power!!

You bitches are blowing me up!!

Ok so, yesterday I pulled the oil pan, put the new hi flow/hi pressure obd2 oil pump on. Figured while I was there I would throw my other oil pan and valve cover on so I could mount the catch can. Got about half way done and called it a night. So now im gona fill my new oil pan up with water to make sure it dose not leak around my return flanges on the pan. (1 for turbo, and 1 for catch can) Because that where my last pan was leaking and no mater what I did I couldn't get it to stop. I will post pics when I'm all done. Hopefully today, or tomorrow morning.

Well I didn't get any new pics of the can setup, but it did turn out pretty good. The only thing is I need to go get a different filter for it. One thats sealed with a barb coming off of it so I can run a hose off of it to under my car so I don't drive down the road smelling of oil vapor

. I also need to get some different hose. The garden hose just isn't going to cut it. It gets way to hot sitting right above my turbo mani and get super squishy. I will get pics of this thing tomorrow. Cam battery is dead.
