So all the real gangsters in the hood have themselves a '92 CX hatchback. I myself, am as white as they come, so of course I have one too.
Starting things off with Chris' TB and spacer. Stock vs. Aftermarket

Installed straight on a Z6 manifold

Spacer outlined and some die grinder action

The die grinder would start off like this

And then get filled on half the bit like this

I was getting really, really annoyed as patience isn't one of my strong suits. So I called it a night and waited till the next day to continue.

This was about 15 minutes of work

So I never throw anything away and I remembered that I had some really used angle grinder discs in my box. Turns out, the shield is really easy to remove and the disc reaches in over an inch on the manifold.
Now we're in business

Still going to need smoothed out, and the spacer will be blended into the manifold

Put your steady hands on and don't get in a big hurry. Put some Barry White on the radio or something

Next is smoothing out with some oxide stones and maybe some more bits in the die grinder

I've got plenty to do, and I'll post up more pictures of the build as I see fit and as I have time. I'm taking lots of pictures, so expect them in the thread.
